Before I ever wrote a safety plan, I lived one. I spent six years as a rig hand in the oilfield and three years underground in a coal mine. Those are two of the most demanding environments a person can work in, and they taught me what a real safety culture feels like on the floor and what it costs when there isn't one. I went back to school at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and earned my degree in Safety and Construction Management. For the last ten years, I've worked in the DC metro construction industry. AllThings Solutions came out of all of it. The idea is simple: send good people, send them prepared, and make sure every one of them goes home. I'm a husband and a father to three boys. This company is built on faith and family, the same two things I built my life on.
